We are dedicated to the unending journey exploring the fulfilling enjoyment of horses and ponies. Our
holistic approach to training, teaching, and care supports the positive horse and rider partnership.
Our program strives to offer a dynamic environment for horses and humans to enjoy. Valerie Engler Farm
offers teaching sessions for horse and rider helping you make the most of your equine experience. Our
program includes lessons in ground work, trail riding, concentrated ring work, and of course, jumping! We
also offer the opportunity to compete in hunter and equitation divisions at the local and 'A' rated levels.
Our new location in Campton embraces the natural environment; blending horse-centric design with
practical procedures for care and training. Our program evolves with the seasons, allowing a variety
of different activities throughout the year, keeping your horse fresh and excited about his/her training.
Springtime includes ground work, trail riding, and light ring work to bring your horse gently and safely into
fit condition. Summer is perfect for concentrating on serious ring work and showing. Fall weather allows
for enjoyable trail riding to compliment ring work. Winter lets us ease up on intensity, enjoying creative
lessons in our covered round pen, and trail riding in the snow! Throughout the year, we have access to a
nearby indoor in case of prohibitive weather.
Our creative atmosphere offers unique opportunities. VEF's program focuses on teaching you how to
care for, handle, and ride your horse in a way that promotes safety and honest learning. We emphasize
the horse and rider partnership in every aspect of our care and training. Experiencing these aspects at
our gorgeous new facility promotes a special atmosphere to help you truly "Find yourself in horses."
